Terms of Service

Canvas Legacy produces custom portraits generated from a photo you upload, rendered in a fine-art painting style by AI and printed on stretched canvas. The artwork is AI-generated — it is not painted by hand.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and that the people shown in it consent to its use for producing your portrait. You grant us the limited right to process the photo solely to create and print your order.

You see and approve your generated portrait before any payment is taken and before anything is printed. Once you approve and pay, production begins.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. Discount codes apply to the item price at checkout and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

Each canvas is made to order in the EU and shipped across Europe. Delivery timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

Because every canvas is personalised and made to order, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling does not apply. Our own guarantee for damaged or defective items is described in Returns & Refunds.

We may refuse or cancel any order involving illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise abusive content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. If we cancel such an order, you are refunded in full.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
