Shipping Policy
Every Canvas Legacy portrait is produced on demand in the European Union and shipped from the production facility closest to you.
Where we ship
We ship across Europe. Your delivery address is collected at checkout and must be a valid address within our shipping area.
Production time
Canvases are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 working days after your payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 2–7 working days depending on the destination country. Combined, most orders arrive within 5–12 working days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We select the fastest reasonably priced carrier option available for your order.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation with your order reference. You can check the current stage of your order — paid, in production, shipped — at any time on our order status page using your order reference and the email address you ordered with.
Delays and damage in transit
Carrier delays, customs handling and incorrect addresses are outside our control. If your canvas arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement — see Returns & Refunds.
