Returns & Refunds
You approve your portrait before we print it, so surprises should be rare. If something is wrong with what arrives, we put it right.
Approve before we print
You see your finished portrait on screen and only pay once you are happy with it. Nothing is printed before your approval.
Personalised items
Because each canvas is custom-made from your own photo, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling does not apply. We cannot resell a personalised portrait.
Damaged or defective canvases
If your canvas arrives damaged, misprinted or otherwise defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@openweb360.eu with your order reference and photos of the problem. We will reprint and reship it at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer.
Wrong or incomplete delivery
If you receive the wrong item or your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days of confirmation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until production starts. Once your canvas is in production it can no longer be cancelled.
